3. గుజరాత్‌లో లోథాల్ వద్ద నేషనల్ మారిటైం హెరిటేజ్ కాంప్లెక్స్ (ఎన్ఎంహెచ్సీ) అభివృద్ధి కోసం భారతదేశ ఓడరేవులు, రవాణా, జలమార్గాల మంత్రిత్వ శాఖకు చెందిన సాగర్‌మాల విభాగం, థాయ్‌లాండ్ సాంస్కృతిక మంత్రిత్వ శాఖకు చెందిన ఫైన్‌ఆర్ట్స్ విభాగం మధ్య అవగాహన ఒప్పందం.
4. సూక్ష్మ, చిన్న, మధ్యతరహా పరిశ్రమల విషయంలో సహకారంపై భారత జాతీయ చిన్న తరహా పరిశ్రమల కార్పొరేషన్ (నేషనల్ స్మాల్ ఇండస్ట్రీస్ కార్పొరేషన్ లిమిటెడ్–ఎన్‌ఎస్‌ఐసీ), థాయ్‌లాండ్‌కు చెందిన చిన్న, మధ్య తరహా సంస్థల ప్రోత్సాహక కార్యాలయం (ఓఎస్‌ఎంఈపీ– ఆఫీస్ ఆఫ్ స్మాల్ అండ్ మీడియం ఎంటర్‌ప్రైజెస్ ప్రమోషన్) మధ్య అవగాహన ఒప్పందం.
5. భారత ఈశాన్య ప్రాంత అభివృద్ధి మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ (ఎండీఓఆర్), ఆ దేశ విదేశీ వ్యవహారాల మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ మధ్య అవగాహన ఒప్పందం.
6. భారత్‌కు చెందిన ఈశాన్య హస్తకళలు, చేనేత అభివృద్ధి కార్పొరేషన్ (ఎన్‌ఈహెచ్‌హెచ్‌డీసీ– నార్త్ ఈస్టర్న్ హ్యాండీక్రాఫ్ట్స్ అండ్ హ్యాండ్‌ల్యూమ్స్ డెవలప్మెంట్ కార్పొరేషన్ లిమిటెడ్), థాయ్‌లాండ్ ప్రభుత్వ క్రియేటివ్ ఎకానమీ ఏజెన్సీ (సీఈఏ) మధ్య అవగాహన ఒప్పందం.
