‘‘నేపాల్ ప్రధాన మంత్రి గా ఎన్నికైనందుకు కామ్రేడ్ ప్రచండ కు హృదయ పూర్వక అభినందనలు. భారతదేశం, నేపాల్ ల మధ్య ప్రత్యేకమైన అనుబంధం, ధృడమైన సాంస్కృతిక అనుసంధానం, ప్రజల మధ్య స్నేహపూర్వక సంబంధాల పై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. ఈ మితృత్వాన్ని మరింత బలోపేతం చేయడానికి మీతో కలిసి పని చేసేందుకు నేను ఎదురు చూస్తున్నాను.’’ అని పేర్కొన్నారు.
