ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਊਥ ਏਸ਼ੀਅਨ ਫੁਟਬਾਲ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ (ਸੈਫ-SAFF) ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ 2023 ਜਿੱਤਣ ‘ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਫੁਟਬਾਲ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕੀਤਾ:

 ‘‘ਭਾਰਤ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨ ਬਣਿਆ! ਬਲੂ ਟਾਇਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਊਥ ਏਸ਼ੀਅਨ ਫੁਟਬਾਲ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ (ਸੈਫ-SAFF) ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਬਉੱਚ ਸਥਾਨ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ! ਸਾਡੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈਆਂ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਐਥਲੀਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਅਤੇ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਉੱਘੜਵੀਂ ਯਾਤਰਾ, ਉੱਭਰਦੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ।’’
