‘‘ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਧਾਈਆਂ। ਸਾਰੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਲਿਆਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਗਿਆਨ, ਗਰਿਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਬੱਧਤਾ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਰਨ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਯਾਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਪਣ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਲੰਬੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
