ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਡਾ. ਤੇਹੇਮਟਨ ਉਦਵਾਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਚਲਾਣੇ ’ਤੇ ਸੋਗ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕੀਤਾ:
‘‘ਡਾ. ਤੇਹੇਮਟਨ ਉਦਵਾਡੀਆ ਨੇ ਮੈਡੀਸਿਨ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਅਮਿਟ ਛਾਪ ਛੱਡੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਨ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੇ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਲਈ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਚਲਾਣੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਖੀ ਹਾਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਕਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਾਵਾਂ। ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦੇਵੇ।’’
