ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କୁ ଆଜି ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଆମେରିକାର ଜାତୀୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପରାମର୍ଶଦାତା ମାଇକେଲ ୱାଲଜ୍ ଭେଟିଛନ୍ତି ।
ଭାରତ-ଆମେରିକା ବୈଶ୍ୱିକ ରଣନୀତିକ ଭାଗିଦାରୀକୁ ଅଧିକ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ଉଭୟଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ହୋଇଥିଲା । ରଣନୀତିକ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି ବିଦ୍ୟା,ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଔଦ୍ୟୋଗିକ ସହଯୋଗ, କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ମଡୁଲାର ରିଆକ୍ଟର ଭିତ୍ତିକ ବେସାମରିକ ଆଣବିକ ଶକ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦ ବିରୋଧୀ ଲଢ଼େଇକୁ ଏଥିରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା ।
ପାରସ୍ପରିକ ସ୍ୱାର୍ଥ ଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ଓ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆଲୋଚନାରେ ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇଥିଲା ।
