ഹാങ്ഷൗവില്‍ നടക്കുന്ന 2022 ഏഷ്യന്‍ ഗെയിംസില്‍ 35 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ നടത്ത മത്സരത്തില്‍ മിക്സഡ് ടീം ഇനത്തില്‍ വെങ്കല മെഡല്‍ നേടിയ രാം ബാബുവിനെയും മഞ്ജു റാണിയെയും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി അഭിനന്ദിച്ചു.
എക്സില്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു:
”35 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ നടത്ത മത്സരത്തിലെ മിക്സഡ് ടീം ഇനത്തില്‍ വെങ്കല മെഡലിലൂടെ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ യശസ് ഉയര്‍ത്തിയ രാം ബാബുവിനും മഞ്ജു റാണിക്കും അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങള്‍. ഈ വിസ്മയ കായികതാരങ്ങള്‍ പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന അപാരമായ നൈരന്തര്യവും നിശ്ചയദാര്‍ഢ്യവും കൂടാതെ ഈ നേട്ടം സാധ്യമല്ല.”
