ഉത്കല ദിവസിൽ   ഒഡീഷയിലെ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി ആശംസകൾ നേർന്നു. ഒഡിയ സംസ്‌കാരം ആഗോളതലത്തിൽ പ്രശംസനീയമാണെന്നും ഒഡിയ ജനത ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പുരോഗതിക്ക് സുപ്രധാന സംഭാവനകൾ നൽകുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

ഉത്കല ദിവസിന്റെ  പ്രത്യേക അവസരത്തിൽ, ഒഡീഷയിലെ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ആശംസകൾ നേരുന്നു. ഒഡിയ ജനത ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പുരോഗതിക്ക് നാഴികക്കല്ലായ സംഭാവനകൾ നൽകുന്നു, ഒഡിയ സംസ്‌കാരം ആഗോളതലത്തിൽ പ്രശംസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. വരും കാലങ്ങളിൽ ഒഡീഷയുടെ വികസനത്തിനായി ഞാൻ പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു.”
