“હું CISFની રાઇઝિંગ ડે પરેડનું દિલ્હીની બહાર પ્રથમ વખત આયોજન કરવા બદલ પ્રશંસા કરું છું. આવા નિર્ણયો સહભાગી શાસનની ભાવના વધારે છે.”
