પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ નૌકાદળ દિવસ નિમિત્તે તમામ નૌકાદળના જવાનો અને તેમના પરિવારોને શુભેચ્છા પાઠવી છે.

એક ટ્વીટમાં, પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું;

“નૌકાદળના તમામ કર્મચારીઓ અને તેમના પરિવારોને નૌકાદળ દિવસની શુભકામનાઓ. ભારતમાં આપણને આપણા સમૃદ્ધ દરિયાઈ ઈતિહાસ પર ગર્વ છે. ભારતીય નૌકાદળે સતત આપણા રાષ્ટ્રનું રક્ષણ કર્યું છે અને પડકારજનક સમયમાં તેની માનવતાવાદી ભાવનાથી પોતાને અલગ પાડ્યા છે.”
