પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ ભગતસિંહ, રાજગુરુ અને સુખદેવને તેમના શહીદી દિવસ પર નમન કર્યા.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું કે, “હું ભગતસિંહ, રાજ્યગુરુ અને સુખદેવને તેમના શહીદી દિવસ અને તેમની અજય બહાદુરી અને દેશભક્તિ કે જેનાથી પેઢીઓને પ્રેરણા મળી છે તેને હું સલામ કરું છું.
યુવા વયમાં આ ત્રણ બહાદૂર પુરુષોએ તેમના જીવનનો ભોગ આપ્યો, કે જેથી તેમની પછીની પેઢી સ્વતંત્રતાની હવા લઇ શકે.”
