પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ ચંદ્ર શેખર આઝાદને તેમની જયંતિ નિમિત્તે શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ અર્પણ કરી.

એક ટવીટમાં પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું કે, “ભારત માતાના શૌર્ય પુત્ર ચંદ્ર શેખર આઝાદને તેમની જયંતિ નિમિત્તે નમન. પોતાની યુવાવસ્થા દરમિયાન તેમણે ભારતને સામ્રાજ્યવાદની પકડમાંથી મુક્ત કરવા પોતાને લીન કરી દીધા હતા. તેઓ ભવિષ્યવાદી વિચારક પણ હતા અને એક મજબૂત અને ન્યાયી ભારતનું સપનું જોતા હતા.”
