political matters requiring PM's attention;

Coordination Committee and UPA Government, Left
Coordination Committee;

Meeting
important political and other delegations on behalf of PM
whenever required;

and sensitive cases of public grievances as referred to
him by PM;

and sensitive matters pertaining to States and UT's as
referred to him by PM;

other matter specifically referred to him by the Prime
Minister.
